1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing kingluckyshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy and After-Sales Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

We work hard to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price; in that case you receive a full refund. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed.

4. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation email; until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where fraud is suspected or stock has run out — with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping times and rates are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery of the parcel to your address.

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns within 30 days of delivery and the 1-year warranty are governed by our After-Sales Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and product designs — belongs to Kinglucky or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape data at scale, place fraudulent orders or post unlawful content (for example in product reviews).

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
