Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping — $5.99 per order.
• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $49.90.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, the tracking number in your confirmation email lets you follow the parcel from our warehouse to your door. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

Need to correct a shipping address? Email support@kingluckyshop.com as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before the order ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Customs & Import Duties

For international destinations, any customs or import duties levied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders arrive without additional charges.
