Warranty Policy

Kinglucky warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use. If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, Kinglucky will repair the product, replace it, or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.

This warranty covers the product itself. It does not extend the warranty period after a repair or replacement beyond the original purchase date coverage.

Kinglucky provides a 12-month limited warranty that starts on the original date of purchase.

Authorized purchase channels

• The official Kinglucky online store
• Official Kinglucky storefronts on authorized marketplaces
• Distributors and retailers authorized by Kinglucky in writing

Proof of purchase

A valid order number, invoice, or receipt showing the purchase date and the seller is required. Claims without valid proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Warranty period by product category

If a specific model carries a different period, the period printed on that product page takes precedence. Periods are maintained in the admin and can be updated per category.

Within the warranty period, the following applies to products bought from authorized channels.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Functional failure of the product under normal personal use
• Charging case or charging port failure not caused by external damage
• Battery capacity that falls significantly below its rated performance under normal use
• Buttons, switches or touch controls that stop responding without external damage
• Audio failure on one or both channels not caused by the connected device

What is not covered

• Products bought from unauthorized sellers, or without valid proof of purchase
• Damage from accident, drop, crush, misuse, abuse or improper operation
• Liquid damage or corrosion beyond the product rated protection level
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly or modification
• Normal wear such as scratches, discoloration and ear-tip wear
• Consumable accessories including ear tips, cables and carrying pouches
• Lost or stolen products, or products with removed or altered serial numbers
• Damage caused by non-Kinglucky chargers, adapters or accessories that do not meet the required specification

1. Prepare your proof of purchase
   Have your order number, invoice or receipt ready.
2. Describe the issue
   Write a short description of the problem, and take a photo or short video showing it.
3. Submit the claim form
   Fill in the warranty claim form on the Process a Warranty page.
4. Wait for confirmation
   Our support team confirms eligibility and sends you the next steps in writing.
5. Ship only after approval
   If a return is required, follow the shipping instructions our team provides. Do not ship anything back before written confirmation.

Response Time

• First reply to a warranty claim：1–2 business days
• Claims submitted on weekends or public holidays：Next business day
• Processing time after approval：Confirmed in writing per case

Do not ship any product back before receiving written confirmation from Kinglucky support.

This warranty is the only warranty Kinglucky provides for its products and it gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country or region. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Kinglucky may update this policy. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your product.
