Please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Make sure the orange insulating stickers inside the charging case have been removed.
  2. 2. Place both earbuds in the charging case and check whether the indicator light responds.
  3. 3. Turn Bluetooth off on your phone, then turn it back on.
  4. 4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case at the same time.
  5. 5. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and select “Kinglucky Earbuds.”
  6. 6. If the earbuds still do not appear, place them back in the charging case and charge them for at least 10 minutes before trying again.

Please also temporarily turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices that previously connected to the earbuds.

If the issue continues after completing these steps, please contact our support team through your Amazon order.

Find the earbuds in your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “Forget This Device,” “Unpair,” or “Remove Device.” Then search for the earbuds and connect again.

If they still will not connect, please try the following:

  • 1. Restart your phone, tablet, or computer.
  • 2. Reset the earbuds: Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the charging case for 5 seconds, until the indicator light changes from orange to green. Then pair the earbuds again.
  • 3. Try connecting the earbuds to another device to determine whether the issue is with the earbuds or the original device.

If the issue continues after completing these steps, please contact our support team through your Amazon order.

An unstable connection may be caused by distance, physical obstructions, or wireless interference.

  • Keep the earbuds and connected device closer together.
  • Avoid walls, your body, or metal objects blocking the signal.
  • Move away from Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, or areas with many active Bluetooth devices.
  • Delete the existing Bluetooth pairing record and reconnect the earbuds.
  • Make sure both earbuds have sufficient battery power.
  • Reset the earbuds and pair them again.

If the issue continues after completing these steps, please contact our support team through your Amazon order.

  4. 4. Clean the metal charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case.
  5. 5. Charge the earbuds and charging case for at least 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Delete the existing pairing record from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
  7. 7. Remove both earbuds from the charging case at the same time and pair them again.

Do not connect the left and right earbuds separately. Your phone should connect to only one device named “Kinglucky Earbuds.”

  • Make sure both earbuds are positioned correctly and that the speakers are close to and aligned with your ear canals.
  • Check whether the quieter earbud has a low battery.
  • Check whether the speaker opening is blocked by dust, oil, or other debris.
  • Test different apps, videos, or audio files.
  • Make sure the left/right audio balance setting on your phone is centered.

Use a dry, soft brush to gently clean the speaker opening. Do not use sharp objects, water, or other liquids.

  • Make sure the orange insulating stickers have been removed from the charging contacts.
  • Make sure each earbud is fully seated in the correct left or right charging slot.
  • Check the metal charging contacts for dirt, dust, or debris.
  • Make sure the charging case has sufficient battery power.
  • Check whether the indicator light responds when the earbuds are placed in the charging case.

Use a dry cotton swab or soft cloth to clean the charging contacts. Do not use water, alcohol, metal tools, or sharp objects.

  1. Try a different charging cable.
  2. Try a different USB port or power adapter.
  3. Check the charging port for dust or debris.
  4. Connect the charging case to power and leave it charging for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Check whether the charging port is loose or damaged.

Place both earbuds correctly in the charging case and charge them for at least 30 minutes before removing them again.

  • Make sure the charging case has sufficient battery power.
  • Check whether the indicator light responds when the earbuds are placed in the case.
  • Make sure the earbuds are properly touching the charging contacts.
  • Clean the charging contacts if necessary.
  • Reset the earbuds and pair them again.
  • Adjust the earbuds so the speakers are closer to and aligned with your ear canals.
  • Increase the media volume on your phone.
  • Make sure “Kinglucky Earbuds” is selected as the current audio output device.
  • Check whether your phone has a volume limit or hearing protection feature enabled.
  • Clean the speaker openings.
  • Delete the existing pairing record and reconnect the earbuds.

Open-ear earbuds do not go inside the ear canal. In noisy environments, surrounding sounds may reduce the perceived volume.

  1. Make sure your phone is not sending audio to another device.
  2. Make sure the music or video is not paused.
  3. Check that the media volume on your phone is not muted.
  4. Make sure the earbuds have not automatically connected to another nearby device.
  5. Confirm that both earbuds are connected and working.

If needed, delete the existing pairing record, reset the earbuds, and pair them again.

  • Lower the volume and check whether the distortion occurs only at high volume.
  • Test different audio content or playback apps.
  • Turn off any special sound effects, equalizer settings, or audio enhancement features on your device.
  • Move the earbuds closer to the connected device.
  • Move away from areas with strong wireless interference.
  • Clean the speaker openings.

Check whether the touch-control area is being affected by hair, hats, jewelry, fingers, sweat, moisture, dirt, incorrect positioning, or another connected device.

Clean and dry the touch-control area, adjust the position of the earbuds, and temporarily disconnect any other connected devices.

  • Clean and dry the touch-control area.
  • Prevent hair, hats, or fingers from repeatedly touching the controls.
  • Check whether an app on your phone is playing audio in the background.
  • Temporarily disconnect other Bluetooth devices.
  • Delete the existing pairing record and reconnect the earbuds.
  • Fully charge both the earbuds and charging case.
  • Make sure the earbuds are positioned correctly.
  • Touch the control area shown in the product manual.
  • Use the pad of your finger and tap gently.
  • Keep your fingers and the touch-control area clean and dry.
  • Follow the number and timing of taps shown in the user manual.
  • Increase the call volume while the call is active.
  • Make sure the call audio has been switched to the Bluetooth earbuds.
  • Adjust the earbuds so the speakers are closer to and aligned with your ear canals.
  • Test the call in a quieter environment.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds.
  • Make sure the microphone openings are not blocked by hair, clothing, or jewelry.
  • Make sure the left and right earbuds are worn in the correct positions.
  • Avoid making calls in strong wind or very noisy environments.
  • Make sure your phone or calling app is using the Bluetooth earbud microphone.
  • Confirm that the calling app has permission to access the microphone.

Open-ear earbuds are designed to keep you aware of your surroundings. However, in busy streets, strong wind, public transportation, or crowded offices, the microphones may still pick up some environmental noise.

  • Make sure the microphones are directed toward your mouth.
  • Keep hair, clothing, and jewelry away from the microphone openings.
  • Move away from fans, air vents, and continuous noise sources.
  • Make calls in a quieter environment whenever possible.
  1. Position each earbud correctly on your ear.
  2. Slowly rotate or move the earbud to find the most secure position.
  3. Place the speaker close to and aligned with your ear canal, but do not push it into the ear canal.
  4. Gently adjust the ear clip or connecting section so it follows the shape of your ear.
  5. Gently shake your head to test the fit.
  • Adjust the position of the earbuds to avoid sensitive areas of the ear cartilage or earlobe.
  • Do not clamp the earbuds too tightly.
  • Start with shorter listening sessions when using the earbuds for the first time.
  • Remove the earbuds and allow your ears to rest before trying again.

Fit may be affected by the size of your outer ear, the position of your ear canal, and the overall shape of your ears. Follow the product’s wearing guide and adjust the position carefully.

This is normal for open-ear earbuds. Open-ear earbuds do not block the ear canal, allowing you to remain aware of traffic, coworkers, and other surrounding sounds while listening to music or taking calls.

Environmental noise can affect how loud open-ear earbuds sound, particularly on public transportation, airplanes, busy streets, or in large offices.

  • Adjust the speaker position so it is closer to and aligned with your ear canal.
  • Move to a quieter location.
  • Increase the volume moderately.
  • Avoid listening at maximum volume for extended periods.

Because of their open-ear design, some sound leakage may occur at higher volume levels or in very quiet environments.

  • Lower the volume.
  • Adjust the distance and direction between the speaker and your ear canal.
  • Use a low or moderate volume in quiet offices or during private calls.

Actual battery life may vary depending on volume level, call duration, Bluetooth connection distance, wireless signal conditions, environmental temperature, features being used, and battery condition.

The total playtime listed on the product page includes the additional charges provided by the charging case.

  1. 1. Clean the metal charging contacts on the earbuds and charging case.
  2. 2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and confirm that the indicator light responds.
  3. 3. Charge both the charging case and earbuds continuously for at least 1 hour.
  4. 4. Reset the earbuds and pair them again.
  5. 5. Test the playback time again.
